Making the most of it!

During the period of lockdown due to the Covid crisis, group activities by Knutsford Ornithological Society have been suspended.
The "Latest News" section of the Society's website will continue but, in addition, a more frequent email, detailing local activity in the world of natural history will be sent out to all members and other interested parties, in an attempt to maintain personal links and some sort of continuity during this challenging time.

So this record of birders' activities from their gardens or local locations is not lost I will be saving them as webpages.
This index page will allow you to view this collection of emails containing people's experiences during this difficult time.

Some of the original emails contained images, these are not always included.

There is nothing useful or scientific about this list of species as our 39 correspondents come from all over the place! Staffordshire in the south, up to Cumbria, down the west coast to Crosby, east to Greater Manchester and of course a cluster around the Knutsford / Northwich area. Perhaps in the future someone will find it of interest, probably not ornithologists - more likely psychiatrists !!
